Direct Services is dedicated to the holistic care of the senior and disabled citizens in our River Valley communities. Yes, we are known for our at-home meal delivery services, but we want to make sure that your loved one is more than fed.
We strive to ensure that they are nourished in their body, mind, spirit, and environment. And that you, as a caregiver, are given time and peace of mind.

Community Care Services

The Community Care Services Program (CCSP) is our flagship program at Direct Services and assists seniors and individuals with physical disabilities to live in their own homes or with their families or caregivers. It offers a less costly option to nursing home placement because your loved one can be cared for at home.

Individual Services

If you are not eligible for the Community Care Services Program, or you prefer to pay for services on your own, we have plenty of options to meet your family’s needs.
This is a program that reimburses you, as a caregiver, of persons with dementia for respite services. The program is designed to give you a break from caregiving, so you have some time to care for yourself. Learn more about Caregiver Time Out ›
The Home Delivered Meals Program provides meals, nutritional screening, assessment, education, and counseling to you, as a caregiver, and your family member receiving this service. Learn more about Home Delivered Meals ›
