Direct Services wants to make sure your loved one has access to nutritious and delicious food at home. Our Home-Delivered Meals program is our most popular. With Home-Delivered Meals, you can depend on a healthy meal at your doorstep five days a week.
The Home Delivered Meals Program provides meals, nutritional screening, assessment, education, and counseling to you, as a caregiver, and your family member receiving this service.
When needed, referrals to other appropriate services or resources are provided to you. All meals are planned by a registered dietician and meet ⅓ of the daily RDA/AI for senior adults.
The Community Care Services Program (CCSP) is our flagship program at Direct Services and assists seniors and individuals with physical disabilities to live in their own homes or with their families or caregivers.
The target group for these services are persons who are functionally impaired in their ability to perform regular activities of daily living and activities related to maintaining the home.
